There is no doubt that smokers face difficulty in landing a job. When they manage to get it, they struggle to keep it. More often than not, employers would eliminate a prospective employee if such an employee indicates a smoking habit. This is because, employers try to limit their liabilities as much as possible. It is a known fact that smokers are liable to die young, most employers try to keep themselves out of this mess.

This is because smoking is an habit that stinks and smokers have this foul odor hanging around them all the time. In no time a smoker would start having issues in every department in the organization. Non-smokers most often than not detest smokers. In the long run the smoker would have to resign from such a job when personal issues with co-workers become unbearable.
